How it works
Participants complete the first phase of the Sales
Exam by completing the online questionnaire. The results are recorded in
the
Personal Review feedback template. It displays the online questions, the
participants self assessment score and the Personal Review questions.
Following notification that a participant has
completed the online questionnaire, the coach contacts the participant and
arranges a time and date for the Personal Review. Normally this is
conducted by telephone.
In the interview, the coach explains the process and
asks the Personal Review questions. By accessing the Personal Review
feedback template online, the coach can view the participants responses
to the online questions and the corresponding validation questions.
Using a telephone recording device or IP phone, the
coach records the interview. This allows the coach to rate responses by
listening to the recording and applying our unique assessment system.
These two factors ensure objectivity, fairness, and scoring consistency.
While listening to the recording after the interview,
the coach enters the results into the online Personal Review feedback
template. For each of the sixteen aspects, the coach adds his
or her written feedback to explain the score, emphasis any particular
recommendations and record any additional insights.
On completion, coach uploads a copy of the interview recording. The
system then sends the finished Personal Review feedback report together
with a copy of the recording to the participant and his
or her sponsor.
If the Sales Exam is being used for for team or individual assessment,
the feedback report and recording is normally sent to the participant
and his or her manager. If it is being used for recruitment purposes, a copy of
the report and recording can be sent to the prospective employer.
If the coach is completing the process for a team, he or she will need
to complete the coach's conclusions, recommendations, and executive
summary sections of the Team Report template, also accessible online.
The Accreditation
Process
1. Complete the Sales Exam Coach application form, available on request.
2. Complete a telephone interview, normally lasting about twenty
minutes.
3. Successful applicants will then be asked to sign the Sales Exam Coach
agreement
4. Complete the Sales Exam including a Personal Review interview
5. Receive and study the Sales Exam feedback report
6. Receive and study the pre training preparation materials
7. Participate in a one hour teleconference class
8. Conduct a test Personal Review to the satisfaction of a
Master Coach
9. Successful candidates receive their Sales Exam Coach accreditation
certificate and are authorised to conduct Sales Exam Personal Reviews
and market the sales exam.
The time commitment for completing accreditation is approximately seven
hours. Fees for accreditation are £495 (£581.63 including VAT, where
applicable).
