The Online Self-Assessment

The sixteen aspects of sales competence are examined via one hundred and fifty three responses spread over seven pages. You can complete one page at a time or all seven pages in one sitting.

What you get back

Shortly after completion, you will receive the standard feedback report containing the following information:

  • Report introduction

  • Summary of aspect average scores

  • Self-assessment scores for each question

  • Explanations for each question

  • A description of a top response for each issue examined

  • Recommendations for improvement with respect to each issue examined

  • Average self-assessment scores for each aspect

  • Guide for using the Personal Review feedback

  • Bonus items

Note:

Feedback concerning the 'Motivation' aspect of sales competency provides a score for each of eleven motivators and offers a SWOT assessment for leading motivators. Feedback for this aspect does not include question by question explanations or descriptions of top answers. All eleven motivators have advantages and disadvantages for sales people. The 'Motivation' section of the Sales Exam offers participants an opportunity to identify leading motivators, increase understanding of personal motivation, and learn ways to leverage motivation.

Personal Review by an Accredited Coach

In the review, your coach asks a series of questions to validate your responses to the online self-assessment and uses your results to provide a personalised feedback report that contrasts your self-assessment scores with comparable interview responses. You also receive a copy of the audio recording so that you have all of the information used to assess your Sales Exam results.
