If you have five or more people take the Sales Exam and have an accredited coach conduct a Personal Review for each person, in addition to the individual feedback reports, you receive a comprehensive team report containing the following sections:

·         Consultant’s Conclusions

·         Consultant’s Recommendations

·         Basis of Assessment

·         Assessment Applications

·         Self-Assessment Questions and Explanations

·         Personal Review Interview Questions

·         Development Recommendations

·         Career Motivators and SWOT Analysis

Instead of having SalesSense people conduct the Personal Review, you can put forward your own people for accreditation as Sales Exam coaches. This inexpensive programme involves some preparation, a teleconference class, and an assessment. Most candidates gain accreditation after about seven hours of study.

Once your own people are accredited and carrying out the validation interviews, there is only a modest per use licence fee for access to the online self-assessment and validation questionnaires together with Accredited Coach support tools.
