Sales Competence Model
Our sales tests and assessments are based on a comprehensive sales competence model, designed for those selling technology, software, and know-how based business solutions. The model has been developed over a period of fifteen years to guide development of training materials, recruitment selection, coaching, and benchmark development as well as competence evaluation tools.
Customers can use the model to form a base for developing their own definition of sales competence. The model ensures evaluation consistency. The framework has made it easy for us to adapt and customise tests and assessments to meet specific customer needs.

Sales Exam
Four of the sales assessments collected together form the Sales Exam. They examine sales knowledge, skills, mindset, and motivation to provide a complete evaluation of sales competence. The Sales Exam is available for self assessment or as a comprehensive validated measurement of sales ability. Accompanying learning resources expand the applications of the Sales Exam to include learning and development.
The four sales assessments contained in the Sales Exam are available separately. Additional assessments include a range of role and task specific evaluation tools for use by sales people and managers.
Self assessment results can be validated by SalesSense, outside consultants, managers, and peers. To support in-house and third party validation, we provide a set of validation tools. These equip customers to manage the whole process.
